The City of New Berlin maintains 29 park and recreation sites that provide a variety of outdoor recreation opportunities for community members. These parks are characterized by features associated with maintained facilities and natural components. A variance in these landscape qualities and management policies provides for a balance of active, passive and scenic recreational activities.
- 397 acres are developed Neighborhood, Community & Special Use Parks
- 204 acres are undeveloped parkland
- 128 acres are preserved as conservancy areas
- 187 acres comprise the New Berlin Hills Golf Course
City owned facilities are supplemented by other public and private recreation sites.
