| Tuesday, Sept 2 | 2026 Executive Budget to the Finance Department |
| Friday, Sept 5 | Distribute the 2026 Executive Budget/CIP to Alderpersons |

| Tuesday, Oct 14 | COW recommends 2026 Operating/CIP budgets |
