Overview
The function of the Plan Commission is to review all development proposals in the city. These actions are based on a master plan, which has a general purpose of guiding and accomplishing a coordinated, adjusted, and harmonious development of the municipality. This will aid in prosperity and general welfare, as well as efficiency and economy in the process of development.
