Theater License – City of New Berlin

A Theater License is required to operate a theater within the City of New Berlin. Licenses are issued annually.

Overview

Any venue operating as a theater in the City must obtain a Theater License prior to opening.

Fee Schedule

  • 1–700 seats: $100 per year or part thereof
  • 701–1,200 seats: $125 per year or part thereof
  • 1,201+ seats: $200 per year or part thereof
